A $700 deposit or full payment is required with all Nomination Forms
THE FEE STRUCTURE IS:
1. $1400 IF PAID BY DUE DATE.
All team delegates are required to have with them prior to handing Nomination Form in:
a. Completed and signed Nomination Form IE:- Handed in or Electronically Submitted (on Line Registration)
b. $700 deposit or full payment
c. ALL TEAMS: Team Delegate to supply credit card details, if full payment is not received by round 2 the balance of outstanding fees will be deducted from their account. (Credit card details to go on last page)
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL FORFEIT ALL NOMINATIONS.
All Teams MUST BE FULLY PAID by the completion of ROUND 2. 12TH MAY 2020

There will be a large number of teams looking for a spot in this Seasons competition. I suggest that you make sure that you have your nomination form returned by TUESDAY 14th APRIL, 2020 with deposit and forms filled in correctly. We will be in Office Between 04.00 -6.00 PM.
The Team Delegate is responsible for all of the Following:
Online Registration (for Insurance) is to be completed by the start of round 1 by every player in their team.
All team members are to sign TEAM SHEET form before the start of play each week. Forms are at the administration table each night
Player names will appear on the team sheet. It is up to the Team Delegate to ensure that all Team members sign and print shirt number on the team sheets at which they will play (Excluding Trials). New Players will be allowed 1 sign on before they must register that night so that there name will appear on the Team Sheet the following week. If this does not happen it will mean that player will not be eligible for the Finals Series and will not be covered by insurance on the night.
Any team found signing on players that have not played or were not present at the game may be suspended from all Affiliated Touch Competitions for 2 matches. This means that the offending player or players will not be permitted to take part at any level of touch until they have missed 2 matches from when the offence was committed.
The Team Delegate will be the person contacted in the case of Forfeits, Rain Rounds & Playing Times. All team members should contact The Team Delegate for this information or go to our web site www.labradortouch.com or check our Facebook Page. .
The Team Delegate is responsible for collection and payment of all team fees to the Administration. INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You should always get a receipt for any payments that you make.
All players must be in team uniforms by Round 4. Shirts must be numbered on either the back with a 16cm number or on both sleeves with an 8cm number or both. Players not in uniform by round 4 will not be allowed to take part in that game. Teams will forfeit points for that game if shirts are not worn.
I would suggest that no Black or White Shirts as many Teams already use these colors.
Players are NOT permitted to wear any type of shorts that have external pockets as this is dangerous to all players involved. All SHORTS should be of uniform color.
Shoes with screw-in studs or cleats are NOT to be worn by any player. Light leather or synthetic boots with moulded soles are permitted, provided individual studs are no longer than thirteen millimeters (13 mm) in length; the measurement being taken from the sole of the boot. Footwear and socks must be worn on the playing fields at all times.
A Team consists of fourteen (14) players, maximum (Local Ruling), no more than six (6) of who are allowed on the field at any time. Mixed Competition. In mixed competitions, the maximum number of males allowed on the field of play is three (3). The minimum male requirement on the field of play is one (1). Players may only play in one Men’s or Mixed team in a given round, even if the competition is spread over two nights.
A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY IS IN EFFECT AT THIS ASSOCIATION
The abuse of referees by Players, Coaches, Managers and Spectators will not be tolerated. Loss of competition points or an Appearance before the Judiciary will result.
Please be aware that this is an impotent issue as without referees we would not be able to play touch. Touch is a sport built on HONESTY.
Referees may send a player for a “Period of Time” for offences that they deem to warrant such action and for repeated infringements. Players can not be sent for a 2nd “Period of Time” in the one match. If a player continues to commit offences the referee has the following option, any player sent for the “Remainder of the Match” receives an automatic 2 match suspension, and Depending on the offence a Hearing will be held to determine the appropriate penalty.
Any Team who Forfeits any game without 48 hours Prior Notification to the Administrator, will be deducted 3 competition points for each Forfeit and after Two (2) Forfeits will be asked to show cause as to why they should be allowed to continue in the Competition. This is to assist in the organization of teams and referees and is a common courtesy.
TFA rules will apply to all matches. A copy of the rules are available on the internet at the following address www.labradortouch.com go to the download tab and click on 7th edition rules or you can ask the Administration for a copy. The Administration reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time.
If any players wish to referee and be PAID CASH, please let us know and we will pass their details onto our referee director. If they are not qualified, we run course a few times per year. The Course is funded by the club as long as you commit to refereeing throughout the season.
Eligibility for Finals
Each player must play a minimum of 5 games for a team in a season (not including Trials or Finals) to qualify for the Final Series. YOU MUST BE SIGNED ON THE TEAM SHEET FOR 5 GAMES TO QUALIFY
In the case of Club teams, players still need to play 5 games to qualify. This means that they can play 5 games for there club in any grade but can only play in the highest grade in the Final Series. Players can not play two games or play in two club teams in the same grade. If this occurs the offending team will have any relevant matches forfeited. (It is permitted for any player to play men’s and mixed in any one competition round).
Once a player plays in a Finals Series, that player can not participate in a lower grade Final Series.
The Labrador Touch Association reserves the right to amend any of the above Conditions of Entry and to refuse any player or team from participating in this competition at any time.
